A few ideas, if you need one

  • Life portrait — interview someone, showcase their days.
  • Historical tale — a local event with archival footage and interviews.
  • Mockumentary — humorous (Spinal Tap) or eerie (Blair Witch).
  • Nature & environment — landscapes, wildlife, interviews with experts.
  • Cultural practice — a local custom or event; setup, activities, reactions.
  • Day in the life — someone’s routines, meals, downtime.
  • Local issue — interviews, footage, community responses.
  • Community cornerstone — inside a local institution or business.
  • Personal journey — elements of your own life and reflection.

Invent your own angle if none of these fit.
